Acceptance of Terms

By booking a taxi or tour with Bhavy Tours Udaipur, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Bookings & Quotes

All fares and package prices are quoted based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and any required advance is received.

Payments

We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and cash. An advance may be required to confirm certain bookings, with the balance payable as agreed. GST invoices are available on request.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by service and season. Where an advance has been paid, refunds (if applicable) are processed as per the terms communicated at booking. Peak-season and hotel-inclusive packages may carry stricter conditions.

Vehicles & Drivers

We strive to provide the vehicle category booked. In rare cases we may provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle. Drivers operate within legal driving-hour limits for your safety.

Responsibilities of the Traveller

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully, carry valid identification where required, and avoid any unlawful activity during the trip. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence may be chargeable.

Liability

We take every care to ensure a safe, comfortable journey. However, we are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control such as weather, traffic, roadblocks or force majeure events.

Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may be adjusted due to local conditions, monument timings or unforeseen events, always with the aim of preserving the quality of your experience.
